Account Executive EMEA

The geographical focus will be the EMEA region and focus countries can be determined based on language skills.

Expectations:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with Business Development Representative (BDR) for increasing qualified pipeline
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Applying strong focus on value selling and offering personalized solution offerings
  • Providing product demonstrations and presentations
  • Negotiating (multi-year)contracts and pricing
  • Identifying and managing up- and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Professional Sales-Forecasting

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of over achieving sales targets
  • Understanding of CPaaS/SaaS products with focus on “Customer Experience”
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Experience with successful usage Sales-Methodologies like MEDDIC
  • Basic understanding of software integration and implementation processes

Further Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and at least one other european language
  • Experience: Preferably 2+ years of experience in a similar SaaS/CPaaS Sales-Role
  • Location: Remote, but preferably able to work European Working Hours

You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, ensuring seamless communication with them, and generating qualified pipelines. Core-Responsibilities of a BDR within MMD Smart:

  • Initial outreach: The candidate is responsible for making the first contact with potential clients, often through cold calls or emails. They work to capture the prospect’s interest and secure initial meetings or calls to discuss the company’s solutions.
  • Lead generation: The candidate actively seeks out and identifies potential leads that can be converted into customers, by using various methods such as market research, cold calling, cold emailing, and social media outreach to prospect for ideal clients.
  • Lead qualification: After identifying potential leads, the candidate assesses whether the prospects’ needs align with MMD’s offerings and if they fit the ideal customer profile. This qualification process helps ensure that only high-quality leads are passed on to the sales team.
  • Handoff to sales: Once a lead is qualified, the candidate passes the information to the sales team for further action and potential closing of the deal.

Additional tasks that will contribute to MMD Smart’s success:

  • CRM Management: Making sure that all the leads are recorded in the CRM and up – to – date, such as all calls have been logged, emails, meetings etc.
  • Perform Analysis: To see which quarter was the best quarter in terms of booking meetings per industry, prepare insights, suggest improvements into the overall outreach strategy, conversation rates and quality of leads.
  • Constant collaboration with the Sales Team: As trends change, the candidate needs to be in touch with the sales to discuss new trends as well and strategies and also to communicate back with the sales team based on the findings that the candidate has gathered after researching the market.

  • Develop and execute outbound sales for B2B customer acquisition and retention in the global gambling industry;
  • Foster strong connections with gaming brands/operators/CRMs on a global scale;
  • Plan and implement effective outbound sales strategies, ensuring seamless communication across diverse channels worldwide;
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in key markets, with a focus on pivotal regions;
  • Design and monitor competitive pricing structures, evaluating clients success in engaging customers globally;
  • Monitor competitor behavior to enhance product and campaign strategies on a global scale;
  • Identify and capitalize on ad-hoc campaign opportunities based on real-time changes in customer situations across regions;
  • Evaluate and enhance new features in the global retention marketing/communication products for gaming industry.
