We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join our team.

You’re a perfect match if you have:

  • English Upper Intermediate-Advanced level is a must;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
  • Readiness to work on result;
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language will be an advantage;
  • No specific experience is required.

Your future tasks:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to grow business.
  • Develop successful, positive, and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Achieve sales targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ needs and requests.
  • Develop new business with existing customers.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Report on the status of accounts.

We are looking for a Sales manager – CPaaS to join our team.

Are you passionate about helping businesses communicate effectively with their customers? Do you have a knack for sales and a keen understanding of telecommunication products? One of our key brands, MessageWhiz*, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team and promote our cutting-edge CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service).
This is a key role within the sales team of our SMS marketing platform and conversational cross-channel solutions. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and working closely with the marketing and success teams to identify, present, and close sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of SMS marketing platform to potential clients, communicate the value of our products and services to new customers;
  • Provide pre-sales support, including answering prospects inquiries and providing expertise to ensure successful customer onboarding;
  • Collaborate with marketing and success teams to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive sales growth;
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding their communication needs, providing customized solutions, and delivering excellent service;
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system;
  • Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads, identify and close sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in online B2B sales or marketing or customer service;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner;
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals and achieve targets;
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions;
  • Experience working with CRMs;
  • Fluent English.

You will absolutely impress us if you have:

  • Proficiency in languages other than Bulgarian and English;
  • Experience in the communications or technology industries;
  • Familiarity with B2B online marketing, fintech, travel, or gaming industries;
  • Familiarity with communication products such as SMS, emails, chatbots, and API integration.

Partner Business Development team is searching for a new team members. We invite everyone to apply for a new position – Junior Partner Development Manager.

Your future tasks will be like:

  • Communication with leads, resellers, partners;
  • Onboard new customers (price negotiation, launch process of opening customer in Jira, running a demo, control the first payment, client transfer to AM team);
  • Communication with partners and resellers to attract new customers;
  • Develop new leads with existing partners as CRM and resellers/representatives and get new leads from them;
  • Research of the new opportunities and partners to collaborate with.

You’re a perfect match if you have the following:

  • Strong command of English language sufficient for communication with clients, building networks, discussing opportunities, running a demo;
  • No fear of talking to people;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Stress resistance;
