You will be a perfect match if you have:

  • Upper-Intermediate level of English;
  • Fluent Russian;
  • Willingness to work in shifts time in GMT+2: morning (8:00 – 17:00*), evening (14:00 – 23:00*) and night (23:00 – 8:00*) shifts
  • Stress tolerance;
  • The ability to manage a large volume of material and a strong desire to learn new things.

What you will do:

  • Monitor the status of our systems and respond to events to maintain the quality of the company’s services
  • Analyze the situation and due to existing algorithm perform the necessary steps to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Solve problems by yourself or collaborate with other departments (account managers, technical specialists, developers) that are specialized in similar tasks to find solutions to problems.

Telecom SIP Engineer

We are now seeking a Telecom SIP Engineer to join our telecommunications team. As a Telecom SIP Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting SIP-based systems and you will collaborate with various teams to achieve your goals.

What you will do:

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues related to SIP call flows, signaling errors, media quality, and network connectivity;
  • Configure and maintain SIP-based systems, including VoIP platforms, softswitches and IP-PBX systems;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, software developers, and VoIP service providers;
  • Assisting technical teams with tasks that require optimization and modifications to the current infrastructure;
  • Interact with external clients in some cases for online testing to debug the issue;
  • Generate technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration guides and troubleshooting guides;
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and standards in the telecommunications industry, particularly related to SIP and VoIP;
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

You’re a perfect match if you have:

  • Fluent English;
  • Advanced knowledge of the SIP protocol;
  • Experience from 1 year with VoIP platforms, softswitches, SBCs, and IP-PBX systems;
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for SIP call flows and network connectivity;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian languages will be a plus but is not required.

We are now seeking a Telecom SMPP Engineer to join our telecommunications team. As a Telecom SMPP Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting SMPP-based systems and you will collaborate with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of SMS messaging services.

What you will do:

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues related to SMPP connections, message delivery failures, error handling, and performance optimization;
  • Interact with external clients in some cases for online testing to debug the issue;
  • Collaborate with network engineers, software developers, and telecom operators to ensure seamless integration and operation of SMS messaging services;
  • Assist technical teams with tasks that require optimization and modifications to the current infrastructure;
  • Generate technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration guides and troubleshooting guides
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the telecommunications industry, particularly related to SMS messaging and SMPP;
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

You’re a perfect match if you have:

  • Fluent English;
  • Advanced knowledge of SMPP protocol;
  • Knowledge of SQL queries and Linux;
  • Knowledge of wireshark, tcp, bash;
  • Experience with SMPP protocol and SMS gateways at least 1 year;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian languages will be a plus but is not required.

We are looking for Junior Support Engineer to join our team. No previous experience is desired. We are happy to support your professional growth in the telecommunications branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers and accept inquiries via Helpdesk & Skype;
  • Handle requests from members of other teams;
  • Solve tasks by themselves or escalate tasks to other teams and control the process of their implementation: technical specialists, account managers;
  • Provide quality service to customers.


Requirements:

  • English – Upper-Intermediate+;
  • Ability to work night/holiday shifts. Schedule 3/3 – morning (8:00 – 17:00), evening (14:00 – 23:00), and night (23:00 – 8:00) shifts;
  • Stress tolerance.


It will be a plus, if you have:

  • Understanding how SMPP, VoIP, HTTP, IP, and TCP protocols work;
  • Basic understanding of the OSI model;
  • Basic SQL skills.

Your future workflow will look like:

  • Communicate with customers and help solve problems their concerns;
  • Report problems to neighboring teams: account managers, technical specialists, developers;
  • Coordinate and monitor the problem-solving process, and receive feedback from the client and neighboring teams.


To succeed in the role you have:

  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English;
  • Fluent Russian;
  • Stress tolerance;
  • Microsoft Office, Google Docs knowledge;
  • Desire to learn new things;
