Our newest vacancy is a Rate Specialist, a person who is critical to the company’s profitability and balancing the needs of the company and its customers. Rate Specialist will make sure the prices are up-to-date by monitoring the market trends and communicating with providers. 

What you will do

Be responsible for part of the key tasks of Rates Team:

– Keep up-to-date prices of Voice & SMS providers in our systems, communicate with providers when there are questions about the processing of their notifications;

– Keep up-to-date Voice & SMS database of telephone codes of all countries;

– Help neighboring teams in matters related to partners’ prices.

You’re a perfect match if you have:

  • Very good knowledge of Excel (functions and formulas);
  • Willingness to work with large datasets;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of staff;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English – to communicate with partners in case of questions;
  • Good Russian – for internal communication.

You will absolutely impress us if you have:

Support Engineer (with knowledge of SMPP/SIP protocol)

We are now looking for a Support Engineer with knowledge of either SIP or SMPP protocols to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers and accept inquiries via Helpdesk & Skype;
  • Handle requests from members of other teams;
  • Solve tasks by themselves or escalate tasks to other teams and control the process of their implementation: technical specialists, account managers;
  • Provide quality service to customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English;
  • Advanced knowledge either of SIP or SMPP protocol;
  • Experience with SIP or SMPP protocol at least 1 year;
  • Russian will be a plus but is not required.

DevOps Engineer

Your future workflow will look like:

  • Automation of processes (provisioning, deployment, monitoring, auto scaling)
  • Building, maintaining and improving CI/CD infrastructure
  • Identify and resolve production and non-production application issues
  • Research and recommend innovative and automated approaches for administration tasks
  • Assist in the planning, documentation, and implementation of various systems
  • Developing and implementing security policies


To succeed in the role you have:

  • Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration
  • Experience with automation/configuration management using Gitlab or an equivalent; 
  • Experience with maintenance and development of CI/CD infrastructure in the project
  • Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (experience with Google Cloud is required)
  • Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • A working understanding of code and script (Bash, Python or Node.JS)
  • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
  • Strong networking understanding: TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Load-balancers, network security.
  • Experience with containers and container management systems (Docker, kubernetes);
  • Experience with log management tools (ELK stack, Fluentd, Logstash);
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting services(Grafana, Nagios, Zabbix);
  • Experience with web servers(Nginx, Apache);
  • Good spoken and written English.

We are looking for Junior Support Engineer to join our team. No previous experience is desired. We are happy to support your professional growth in the telecommunications branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work night/holiday shifts. Schedule 3/3 – morning (8:00 – 17:00), evening (14:00 – 23:00), and night (23:00 – 8:00) shifts;
  • Stress tolerance.


It will be a plus, if you have:

  • Understanding how SMPP, VoIP, HTTP, IP, and TCP protocols work;
  • Basic understanding of the OSI model;
  • Basic SQL skills.

  • Report problems to neighboring teams: account managers, technical specialists, and developers;
  • Coordinate and monitor the problem-solving process, and receive feedback from the client and neighboring teams.


To succeed in the role you have:

  • Upper-Intermediate English;
  • Knowledge of Russian;
  • You are energetic, proactive and willing to work in shifts. You will have morning (7:00 – 16:00), evening (13:00 – 22:00) and night (22:00 – 7:00) shifts.
