What will you do at MMDSmart?:
- Draft and revise contracts in alignment with strategic discussions, senior management directives, and organizational needs.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of contract terms, attachments, company policies, and terms of service.
- Analyze existing contracts and related documentation, identifying areas for improvement or additional provisions as needed.
- Provide guidance and insights to internal teams on contractual obligations, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
- Monitor and enforce deadlines for deliverables, maintaining ongoing communication with business partners and internal stakeholders to address contractual matters until finalization.
- Review and assess the performance of both parties under existing contracts to ensure compliance or recommend updates as necessary.
- Maintain and manage a centralized base of company’s contracts and business documentation, ensuring document archives are accurate and up to date.
- Oversee and streamline the company’s document flow processes to ensure timely and accurate communication with customers and internal teams.
- Prepare business-related documentation, guidelines, and instructions tailored to commercial and operational requirements.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- A degree in Law or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with substantial experience in contract management, legal document review, or similar roles (e.g., as a paralegal, legal assistant), and/or certifications in contract management, legal writing, or risk management may also be considered.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to provide clear and actionable advice.
- Strong understanding of contract structure, standard terms, and legal terminology.
- Ability to analyze contractual provisions for risks, ambiguities, and non-compliance with company’s policies.
- Proficiency in identifying key clauses and their implications.
- Skilled in legal research and interpretation of laws.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and editing legal documents.

What will you do at MMDSmart?
- Collaborate with R&D engineers on coordination, communication, and execution of production-related operations;
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions to support our applications and services;
- Develop and deploy monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively identify and mitigate operational issues;
- Build a SRE dashboard with KPI to measure MMD Smart application reliability;
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize system performance and resource utilization for improved user experience;
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency;
- Participate in incident response and resolution, including root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews;
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to enhance our infrastructure and operations;
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles to document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
You are a perfect match if you have:
- 5+ years as a SRE engineer with a passion for technology and strong motivation to build highly reliable solutions;
- Proven experience in managing large-scale distributed systems and understanding the principles of scalability and reliability;
- In-depth understanding of operating systems, networking, and cloud services;
- Experience with Observability and Monitoring tools – mandatory;
- Git,Virtualization, Containers, Dockers, Kubernetes;
- Cloud providers: GCP – preferably; AWS, Azure – an advantage;
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt the messaging to different perspectives (technical, business) and levels of detail;
- Ability to grasp new technologies quickly and prioritize and multitask on multiple responsibilities;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience IaC (infrastructure as a Code).

What will you do at MMDSmart?
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to SIP call flows, signaling errors, media quality, and network connectivity;
- Configure and maintain SIP-based systems, including VoIP platforms, softswitches and IP-PBX systems;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, software developers, and VoIP service providers;
- Assisting technical teams with tasks that require optimization and modifications to the current infrastructure;
- Interact with external clients in some cases for online testing to debug the issue;
- Generate technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration guides and troubleshooting guides;
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and standards in the telecommunications industry, particularly related to SIP and VoIP;
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
You’re a perfect match if you have:
- Fluent English;
- Advanced knowledge of the SIP protocol;
- Minimum 1 year experience with VoIP platforms, softswitches, SBCs, and IP-PBX systems;
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for SIP call flows and network connectivity;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
