What will you do at MMDSmart?
- Own recruitment strategy for various countries;
- Source candidates worldwide using online platforms and networks;
- Phone screen and interview candidates using online and offline meetings;
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles;
- Continuously refine the recruitment process to make it more efficient and candidate-friendly;
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact to final decision, regardless of the outcome;
- Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to attract top talent effectively.
You are a perfect match if you have:
- Proven hiring experience 2+ years in IT industry or similar;
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian or Russian;
- Strong communication and cultural awareness;
- Able to analyze job roles and candidate profiles;
- Good organizational skills and tech-savvy;
- Team player and adaptable;
- Ability to work from the office in Sofia (Megapark);
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required.
