What will you do at MMDSmart?:

  • Request traffic records from partners and clarify additional data necessary for dispute investigation.
  • Process .xls files with detailed traffic records to prepare them into required format ready for comparison.
  • Perform the comparison of partner’s records with internal records to define the discrepancy in both sets of data using internal instruments.
  • Extract internal traffic records using internal instruments and process it into accurate format ready to be shared with the partners.
  • Share with the partners traffic records related to the dispute and requested by partner.
  • Assist in keeping records about disputes in the company’s systems.

You’re a perfect match if you have:

  • Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Work experience with Excel spreadsheets would be a plus.
  • Soft skills: attention to detail, responsibility, diligence, persistence, ability to multi-task, comfortable with daily routine tasks.

  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level);

  • A dynamic, proactive approach, coupled with the flexibility to work in rotating shifts: morning (9:00 – 18:00) and evening (13:00 – 22:00);
