We are now looking for a Support Engineer with knowledge of either SIP or SMPP protocols to join our team.


  • Communicate with customers and accept inquiries via Helpdesk & Skype;
  • Handle requests from members of other teams;
  • Solve tasks by themselves or escalate tasks to other teams and control the process of their implementation: technical specialists, account managers;
  • Provide quality service to customers.


  • Fluent English;
  • Advanced knowledge either of SIP or SMPP protocol;
  • Experience with SIP or SMPP protocol at least 1 year;
  • Russian will be a plus but is not required.
