What will you do at MMDSmart?
- Analyze product business requirements and produce a functional design;
- Ongoing validation and review of product backlog value (prioritization/correct elements);
- Review and refine the product's business requirements for MMD Smart PaaS Solutions;
- Own the product backlog – Deconstruct large features to smaller pieces, define and prioritize the pieces that can compose a releasable product;
- Be the central focal point for all parties outside of R&D department;
- Raise the connection with R&D groups and with other departments (by sessions, demos, etc.);
- Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure that sprints remain on track, enabling timely and consistent deliveries;
- Collaborate on the technical roadmap to ensure it aligns with and supports MMD Smart’s broader business objectives and priorities;
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation within the PaaS service to enhance product quality and user satisfaction.
- You are a perfect match if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner / System Analyst;
- Experience in writing detailed functional requirements or detailed design documents;
- Experience delivering features and API for external integrations;
- Experience in agile methodology from software companies;
- Previous B2B customer-facing experience;
- Experience in Data driven decision making – advance;
- Excellent English (Russian is advanced);
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with stakeholders of all levels of Seniority.
