We are looking for a Presale/junior Sales manager – CPaaS to join our team.
The Presale/junior Sales manager for CPaaS is a key role within the sales team, responsible for providing online demos of our SMS marketing platform and conversational cross-channel solutions to potential clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with new customers and is expected to work closely with the sales and success teams to identify, present, and close sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide online demos of our SMS marketing platform and channel solutions to potential clients, communicate the value of our products and services to new (for the most part) and existing customers;
- Understand client’s business needs and tailor demonstrations accordingly;
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system;
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up on leads;
- Identify and close sales opportunities;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition;
(*this is per you – work with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Computer literacy, including some proficiency in online marketing;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (can tell the story), negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Experience working with CRM systems;
- Proven record of success in sales or customer service;
- Familiarity with retail business online marketing, fintech, travel, or gaming industries is a plus;
- To be able communicate effectively with clients in at least two languages other than Bulgarian;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
