We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a person who is:
- Emotionally intelligent;
- With a positive attitude;
- With excellent organization skills;
- Self-motivated;
- Attention to detail skills;
- Multi-tasking person;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
You are a perfect match if you have:
- Proficiency level in English and Bulgarian (Russian will be a plus);
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office;
- Experience in an administrative role;
- Experience in procurement will be an advantage.
What you will do:
- Communicate with suppliers and setting relations with the local partners;
- Monitor the market of needed services and supplies;
- Prepare commercial offers documentation;
- Purchase and order the goods and services needed;
- Hotel booking and ticket reservation;
- Make travel arrangements;
- Assist with managing our social media channels, like TikTok and Instagram.
