The Projects Coordinator performs a key role on our marketing team, coordinating all team processes, monitoring ongoing projects, and managing all marketing resources and collaterals.
This individual maintains close contact with the other team members, is a contact point for other departments, and communicates with external vendors and partners. You should be disciplined and self-motivated to take initiatives and have good English language skills.
What you will do:
- Coordinate all marketing team resources including design, web, content creation, social media, event support;
- Manage marketing brief request process, including support to other teams;
- Manage marketing database including, product manuals, videos, documentation, brand guide, and training resources;
- Coordinate company participation in events and conferences including communications with event organizers, booth design and creation, materials production, and pre and post event processes;
- Coordinate new content creation with designers and writers;
- Manage marketing database including, product manuals, videos, documentation, brand guide, presentations, collaterals, and training resources;
- Produce marketing materials. Research and identify vendors including print contractors, graphic and audio-visual designers, and merchandise suppliers;
- Manage inventory and coordinate distribution of marketing collaterals, and giveaways;
- Coordinate customer marketing communications via CRM (HubSpot);
- Analyze results and develop best practices for effective processes.
You are a perfect match if you have:
- Prior experience in event and materials production. Social media experience a plus;
- Self- motivated, organized, creative, responsible, results- oriented;
- Team player. Derives satisfaction from team and company success;
- Ability to assimilate information from varied sources and concurrently manage multiple processes;
- Determined to succeed – Won’t take “no” for an answer;
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Suitable work from home environment.
