We are looking for a Back Office Specialist to join our team.
No previous experience is desired. We are happy to support your professional growth in the tech branch.
What will you do at MMDSmart?
- Provide comprehensive support for deals coordinated by Account Managers, including sending quotations, offering promotional suggestions, and handling technical configurations;
- Deliver exceptional customer assistance by informing clients of relevant changes and aiding in the resolution of their issues through collaboration with our Quality Assurance, Support, and Analytics Teams;
- Engage in project work focused on enhancing internal processes and fostering productive relationships with our suppliers.
You are a perfect match if you have:
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level;
- Attention to detail and ability to focus;
- A passion for learning and the ability to swiftly assimilate extensive information;
- Basic computer skills (knowledge of Excel would be an advantage);
- Strong desire to develop in tech industry.
