You’ll collaborate closely with technical teams, product designers, and stakeholders, taking ownership of product functionality from concept to launch and ongoing optimization. This is a hands-on position where you will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable solutions that support scalability and efficiency.

What will you do at MMDSmart?
- Drive all processes related to product definition, development, and launch.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align on the product vision and core functionalities, and ensure they are communicated throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to define product features based on customer needs, provide regular progress updates, and present outcomes.
- Manage the product backlog: break down high-level features into user stories and tasks, define clear acceptance criteria, and prioritize effectively.
- Support development teams during iterations by clarifying requirements and adjusting priorities to maximize business value.
- Monitor product progress at every stage and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
You are a perfect match if you have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
- Experience in B2B product management (CRM, BSS, OMS) is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
- Technically proficient: able to grasp high-level architecture and technical concepts.
- Previous experience in a software development company, ideally with a focus on web applications.
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
