We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with Russian to join our team.
No previous experience is desired. We are happy to support your professional growth in the telecommunications industry.
Your future workflow will look like:
- Communicate with customers and help solve problems their concerns;
- Report problems to neighboring teams: account managers, technical specialists, developers;
- Coordinate and monitor the problem-solving process, and receive feedback from the client and neighboring teams.
To succeed in the role you have:
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English;
- Fluent Russian;
- Stress tolerance;
- Microsoft Office, Google Docs knowledge;
- Desire to learn new things;
- Energy, proactiveness and willingness to work in shifts: morning (7:00 – 16:00), evening (13:00 – 22:00) and night (22:00 – 7:00) shifts.
