We stand behind our mission to help companies Connect. Engage. Smile. We have a new vacancy – Customer Care Specialist. For this vacancy, your experience is not important, the only thing that is important for us is the desire to learn new things and develop in the field of telecommunications.

Your future workflow will look like:

  • Communicate with customers and solve problems their problems;
  • Report problems to neighboring teams: account managers, technical specialists, and developers;
  • Coordinate and monitor the problem-solving process, and receive feedback from the client and neighboring teams;

WHAT should YOU HAVE to succeed in the role:

  • Your English level is Upper Intermediate. Almost all of our clients and partners speak English, so it will be easier for you to find a common language with them
  • You are energetic, proactive, and willing to work in shifts. You will have morning (8:00 –  17:00), evening (14:00 – 23:00), and night (23:00 – 8:00) shifts.
